Jordan Danks, Jon Gilmore and Rangel Ravelo each had three-hit games as the White Sox farm system won five of its six games. Also of note, Nick Ciolli played his first game at Winston-Salem, mostly to make up for Brandon Short's absence.

      • Dayan Viciedo hit his 18th homer to win it, his only hit in five at-bats. He struck out once.
      • Jordan Danks singled thrice and struck out once.
      • A rare off night for Brent Morel, who went hitless in five at-bats and struck out once.
      • Alejandro De Aza went 2-for-4 with a walk and a strikeout; Tyler Flowers went 0-for-2 with a walk, strikeout and sac bunt.
      • Clevelan Santeliz struck out four over two scoreless innings, allowing just a walk.
    • Tennessee 8, Birmingham 7
      • Christian Marrero and Eduardo Escobar booth went 2-for-5; Escobar tripled.
      • Josh Phegley went 0-for-3 with two strikeouts and a sac bunt.
      • Kyle Bellamy was roughed up for three runs on four hits and a walk in his inning of work. He struck out one.
    • Winston-Salem 8, Myrtle Beach 3
      • Jon Gilmore went 3-for-5 with two doubles, two RBI and a strikeout.
      • Making his High-A debut, Nick Ciolli went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI.
      • Jose Martinez went 1-for-4 with a walk and a strikeout.
      • Terry Doyle was solid: 7 IP, 7 H, 3 ER, 1 BB, 6 K, 2 HR.
    • Kannapolis 6, Lexington 5
      • Ryan Buch struck out seven over 6 2/3 innings, allowing two unearned runs on three hits and two walks.
      • Trayce Thompson went 1-for-4 with a strikeout.
      • Tyler Saladino was 0-for-2 with a walk, strikeout and sac fly.
      • Miguel Gonzalez went 0-for-3 with a K.
      • Kevin MOran made it close with a bad eighth inning, allowing three runs on three hits and a walk, striking out one.
    • Bristol 9, Pulaski 6
      • Rangel Ravelo went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI.
      • Daniel Black singled, walked and drove in two over five trips to the plate.
    • Great Falls 7, Ogden 5
      • Addison Reed threw two perfect innings, striking out five of six batters he retired.
      • Bad defense threw off Steven Upchurch's line: 6 IP, 6 H, 5 R, 2 ER, 0 BB, 4 K.
      • Andy Wilkins and Ross Wilson both went 0-for-4; Wilson had an RBI and a strikeout.
