The addition of Joakim Soria from the Royals will make him the 85th player to appear in a game for both franchises. By now, you can see where this is leading. Your mission for today, should you choose to accept it: name the players who have appeared in the most games for both the White Sox and the Royals. Now, allow me to help slow your quickening pulse: no, you do not have to name all 85 players. To make the list *more* manageable, I've set some limits:
- For batters: to qualify, a batter must have logged at least 80 games with each team.
- For pitchers: to qualify, a pitcher must have logged at least 20 games as a starter, 40 relief appearances, or a combination of both, with each team.
