Two of the four White Sox affiliates held their home openers on Thursday night, but Winston-Salem had the only one worth bragging about.
Not only did they come up with the only win, and not only was it a 10-inning, 3-2 thriller, but Joel Booker scored the winning run by stealing home, as you can see in the clip above courtesy of Matt Cassidy of FutureSox.
As for the other affiliates, the less said the better.

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre 11, Charlotte 1
- Ryan Cordell went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts.
- Charlie Tilson was 1-for-4.
- Daniel Palka provided the only run with a solo homer, his only hit in four trips.
- Casey Gillaspie was 0-for-3 with two strikeouts.
- Chris Beck did a helluva fill-in job for Chris Volstad: 3 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 6 K
- Thyago Vieira set his numbers back: 0.1 IP, 4 H, 5 R, 5 ER, 1 BB, 1 K, 1 HR
Montgomery 7, Birmingham 1
- Tito Polo was 1-for-4 with a double.
- Jameson Fisher, 1-for-4 with two strikeouts.
- Zack Collins and Seby Zavala were twinsies: 0-for-3 with a walk and two strikeouts.
- Jordan Stephens: 4 IP, 9 H, 7 R, 6 ER, 1 BB, 1 K, 2 HBP
Winston-Salem 3, Carolina 2 (10 innings)
- Luis Alexander Basabe went 1-for-5 with a double and two strikeouts.
- Blake Rutherford was 2-for-5 with a strikeout, but was caught stealing.
- Alex Call went 1-for-4 with a double and a walk.
- Gavin Sheets went 1-for-4 with a walk.
- Joel Booker pinch-ran for Sheets and pulled off that steal.
- Micker Adolfo was 2-for-5 with two strikeouts.
- Yermin Mercedes went 0-for-5.
- Yeyson Yrizarri went 3-for-5 with a double and a strikeout.
- Ti'Quan Forbes went 1-for-2 with a double and three walks.

Charleston 6, Kannapolis 4
- Luis Gonzalez went 3-for-5 with a strikeout. He was also picked off/caught stealing.
- Johan Cruz was 2-for-4 with a strikeout.
- Justin Yurchak came up with his first hit on the season, going 1-for-4.
- Evan Skoug went 1-for-4 with a double and two strikeouts.
- Tate Blackman was 2-for-4 with a homer.
- Michael Hickman, 1-for-4 with two strikeouts.
