White Sox Minor Keys: April 12, 2019

As they entered their 12th game of the season, the White Sox made their third reliever swap with Charlotte.

This time, it's a LOOGY exchange. Up comes Josh Osich and down goes Caleb Frare as the White Sox look for a more reliable strike-thrower from the left side. The journeyman Osich retired five of the six lefties he's faced this season, walking one and striking out one.

Frare, on the other hand, had major issues throwing strikes. He allowed two hits, three walks and two wild pitches over just 2⅔ innings. He threw just 26 of his 49 pitches for strikes, hampered by two outings where he had no idea where the ball was going. His mission in Charlotte will be pretty clear.

Ti'Quan Forbes went 1-for-4 with a double.

Luis Robert now has seven multi-hit games in eight tries after going 2-for-5 with a strikeout.
