Adam Haseley (Laura Wolff / Charlotte Knights)

Eloy Jiménez resumed baseball activities on Tuesday, although they didn't occur in a standard game. He merely took batting practice in the afternoon as he attempts to get past leg soreness that knocked him out of his initial rehab appearance. He's supposed to DH tonight if his body allows him.

He was beaten back to the field by Romy González, who occupied the DH spot on Tuesday night and homered in his first game since May 15, as he's been battling hamstring issues.

Adam Haseley took advantage of the outfield playing time and topped both. He tied a Charlotte Knights single-game record by driving in more runs (eight) than the entire Memphis Redbirds team scored (seven). He finished his night 4-for-5 with a pair of homers, and a walk for good measure.

Haseley put a big, honkin' stamp on his month, finishing May hitting .277/.348/.530 over 23 games.
