Considering the Winston-Salem Dash roster was kneecapped by the White Sox's decision to create Project Birmingham over the final month of last season, it's only fair that they got to open 2023 with the most intriguing roster of any White Sox affiliate.
It paid immediate dividends in the return to a four-game slate after rainouts and the Easter holiday affected the weekend schedule. The Dash were the Sox's only victorious team, receiving the day's best pitching performance from Jonathan Cannon. It also helps that Loidel Chapellí has succeeded in both of his stateside games so far, contributing a homer to the cause on Tuesday night.
