Amid Rick Hahn's extremely depressing media session before the White Sox's extremely depressing 14-5 loss to the Tampa Bay Rays, he did offer a few items of minor league news.
James Fegan cared enough to relay them, in chronological order of timetables:
- Tim Anderson and Hanser Alberto: Starting their rehab stints in Charlotte today.
- Bryan Ramos: Close to being activated at Double-A.
- Garrett Crochet: Getting evaluated in Chicago for a rehab program.
- Liam Hendriks: Will go through the same thing next week.
- Colson Montgomery: No timeline for his mid-back strain.
Ramos has been battling a groin problem, and his timetable has already been delayed at least once, because Fegan said the Sox hoped Ramos would seeing action at Birmingham two weeks ago.
