White Sox Minor Keys: May 19, 2023

Colson Montgomery celebrates after his grand slam

(Jim Margalus / Sox Machine)

Because Connor McCullough threw the first no-hitter in Kannapolis Cannon Ballers history with his seven innings on Friday, I held off on sharing James Fegan's roundup of White Sox prospects posted earlier that day.

Granted, it's mostly about prospects who aren't playing. For those wondering about the top-10 prospects who haven't yet surfaced in affiliated ball this year:

Colson Montgomery: Still rehabbing his mid-back strain, with no timetable on a return to baseball action.

Bryan Ramos: Although his return to Birmingham has been touted as impending a couple different times over the last month, Chris Getz says he has "a few" games left at extended spring training before being activated.

Noah Schultz: He's throwing live batting practice, with hopes of arriving in Kannapolis in June.
