After going 1-for-5 for the Dash on Friday night, Jacob Burke has now reached base in all 52 of his games played between Kannapolis and Winston-Salem this year.

Because he's running perfect attendance in this regard, it's easy enough to keep track of the specific number, but he told Jeff Cohen that once he surpassed Colson Montgomery's record in Kannapolis the year before, the novelty more or less wore off.

Burke is now hitting .343/.457/.558 over 17 games with Winston-Salem, and .315/.430/.490 when factoring in the 35 games with the Cannon Ballers.

  • Yoán Moncada went 2-for-5 with two strikeouts.
  • Lenyn Sosa had a big game: 3-for-4 with a homer and a walk.

Highlights:

*Sosa's drive was 430 feet out to center, 105.1 mph off the bat.

  • Terrell Tatum went 1-for-4 with two HBPs and two strikeouts.
  • Alsander Womack went 4-for-5 with a double.
  • Bryan Ramos, 1-for-4 with an HBP and two strikeouts.
  • Yoelqui Céspedes was 1-for-5 with two strikeouts.
  • Adam Hackenberg went 1-for-2 with a double and three walks.
  • Jonathan Cannon: 5 IP, 8 H, 5 R, 5 ER, 0 BB, 3 K, 1 HR

  • Jacob Burke went 1-for-5 with a strikeout.
  • Colson Montgomery once again reached base three times yet lowered his OBP, going 0-for-2 with three walks.
  • Wilfred Veras was 1-for-5, and was caught stealing.
  • Tyler Schweitzer: 0.2 IP, 3 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 2 BB, 1 K, 19 of 32 pitches for strikes.

  • Brooks Baldwin went 0-for-2 with two walks and a sac fly.
  • Peyton Pallette: 4 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 2 BB, 1 K, 1 HBP, 39 of 67 pitches for strikes.

ACL White Sox 3, ACL Mariners 0 (7 innings)

  • Ryan Burrowes went 0-for-3.
  • Ronny Hernandez, 1-for-3 with a triple and a strikeout.
