Well my pitch is similar to several past offseason plans of mine the best way to a championship is by trading and singing. I onl wish we had a front office to do this although i do like Getz comment about he does not like this team, I also like the Barfield signing. It would be great to get Kim Ng. now. The manager and coaches I am not thrilled with.
The sox need better defense, better on base percentage, better slugging, better baserunning, better pitching, and the ability to play small ball. No easy task with the roster as it is currently made up.

No. 1: Trade RHP Dylan Cease to Texas for OF Wyatt Langford, RHP Brock Porter, RHP Jack Leiter, 2nd Justin Fosque and RHP Owen White. I don't want to see Cease traded for two top 100 prospects and some flunkies. I still say if you cannot get a deal like the Tampa Bay Rays got from Pittsburg.for Chris Archer than you are a poor negotiator.
No. 2: Trade DH Eloy Jimenez to 3rd baseman Tyler Black and lhp Robert Gasser.
No. 3: Trade CF Louis Robert Jr, LHP Aaron Bummer and C Corey Lee to the Los Angeles Dodgers for OF James Outman, C Dalton Rushing, RHP Nick Frasso,RHP, Gavin Stone, OF Andy Pages and 2nd Jorbit Vivas. See trade comment about Dylan Cease. If anybody can fix Bummer and Lee it is the Dodgers.
No. 4: Trade Gavin Sheets and RHP Gregory Santos to Tampa Bay for 3RD Curtis Mead and 1B Xavier Issac.

SUMMARY
So there you have it continue to blow up the current team which began last summer, sign free agents make trades this summer if the team is not going well (and with this coaching staff I doubt it will be going well) and build the minor league system again. Why the amount of prospects I have obtained might be overblown please don't trade 1 superstar for two potential stars or 1 major league player for 1 minor league player. ( I have a feeling we are going to regret last summers trades with the Angels, Astros and the Marlins big time in the future.
