Good morning!
The White Sox have not exactly covered themselves in glory to start the season. Look no further for proof of concept than Thursday's laugher (laugh, because otherwise you'll cry) of a game against the Royals.
As that recap noted, the team's offense is operating at historically awful levels, and (hopefully) it can only go up from here. One offensive curiosity thus far, however, is that entering Friday evening's game the starting shortstops have already combined for two (2) home runs on the season when all starting shortstops for the White Sox last season combined for three (3). And that was across 706 plate appearances compared to just 20!
At any rate, today's Sporcle is all about players to appear at shortstop for the White Sox. I’m asking you to remember any White Sox player to appear at shortstop in a game dating back to 1990. That gives 136 entries: how many can you name? Good luck!

Useless information to amaze, annoy, confuse, and/or confound your friends and family:

- The most home runs from a shortstop is 30, in 2004.
- The most total bases by a White Sox shortstop is 270, same player, but in 2000.
