White Sox Minor Keys: April 24, 2024

Yoelqui Céspedes (Caleb Probst)

After posting their first 4-0 day of the regular season, the White Sox farm system decided to do it again, as Charlotte, Birmingham, Winston-Salem and Kannapolis all have winning streaks at the same time. The Birmingham Barons are leading the way at 12-5 -- a relief to somebody who thought they could win some games this year -- and Drew Thorpe now has more wins than the White Sox by improving to 4-0 after six strong innings.

Before we look at those victorious box scores, Francys Romero provided an update on an old friend ...

... and indeed, those Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks have trumpeted Céspedes' arrival.

Those who feel a need to follow Céspedes daily lines like they might scratch a phantom limb will have to wait until May 10 for further updates, because that's when the American Association season starts.
