Baseball America issued one more update of its top 100 prospects list as the minor league season winds down, and among White Sox prospects, Noah Schultz and Colson Montgomery have swapped places in more ways than one.

Montgomery opened the season as the No. 10 prospect, and he's dropped down to No. 40, while Noah Schultz started the season as the 40th-ranked prospect, but now sits at No. 10.

The White Sox placed three others in the list, with Hagen Smith at No. 51, Drew Thorpe at No. 69, and Edgar Quero at No. 81.

Charlotte 4, Norfolk 2

  • Yoán Moncada went 3-for-5 with a homer.
  • Tim Elko, 1-for-4 with a double, walk and strikeout.
  • Bryan Ramos went 1-for-3 with a double and a walk.
  • Colson Montgomery singled and struck out thrice.
  • Oscar Cola's was 0-for-3 with a sac fly and a strikeout.
  • Weird line, Jake Eder: 4 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 5 BB, 6 K, 2 HR, 47 of 90 pitches for strikes.
  • Steven Wilson: 1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K

Pensacola 5, Birmingham 1

  • Rikuu Nishida scored the Barons' only run in his Double-A debut, going 2-for-4. He was caught stealing.
  • Wilfred Veras was 3-for-4 with a double.
  • DJ Gladney and Jacob Gonzalez both were 0-for-4 with a K.
  • Riley Gowens: 5 IP, 6 H, 4 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 6 K, 1 HR, 57 of 82 pitches for strikes.

Winston-Salem 4, Greenville 0

  • Samuel Zavala was 0-for-4 with a walk and a strikeout.
  • Caden Connor, 1-for-5 with a strikeout.
  • Casey Sauckie was 0-for-3 with a walk.
  • Wes Kath, 0-for-4 with two strikeouts.
  • Ryan Galanie homered, doubled, walked and struck out.
  • Calvin Harris, 1-for-4 with two strikeouts.
  • Aldrin Batista: 5 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 6 K, 49 of 76 pitches for strikes.

Salem 8, Kannapolis 7 (Monday)

  • Sam Antonacci tripled, singled twice, struck out, was hit by a pitch and stole a base.
  • George Wolkow went 0-for-3 with a walk, strikeout, sac fly and two stolen bases.
  • T.J. McCants went 1-for-5 with two strikeouts.
  • Jeral Perez, 1-for-5 with a K.
  • Ryan Burrowes was 1-for-4 with a strikeout and a stolen base.
  • Tanner McDougal: 4 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 3 BB, 8 K, 2 WP, 49 of 78 pitches for strikes.
  • Aaron Combs: 1 IP, 0 R, 1 BB, 2 K, 8 of 16 pitches for strikes.

Notes:

*Kannapolis led 7-3, but Salem scored five in the ninth while only using one of three outs.
