Below is the spreadsheet charting all 73 of the plans submitted to this year's Offseason Plan Project. Sox Machine supporters like yourself get a look at it before the general public.
They're listed in order submitted, although divided into two groups. I listed the plans with complete rosters first, and then the ones with incomplete rosters afterward. That makes it easier to get accurate percentages when carving up the spreadsheet to figure out the consensus candidates for the trouble spots. I filled out some spots where I could make deductions from the text, but otherwise left them blank if I was unsure.
I also made a few executive decisions:
No. 1: When it came to Welington Castillo/Omar Narvaez catcher tandems, I listed Castillo as the first catcher in every plan, even when Narvaez was listed first. That's because I had this post in mind about the number of plans preserving the Castillo-Narvaez pairing, and doing it in this way made it easier to count them.
No. 2: When it came to the rotation, I listed every one starting with Carlos Rodon/Reynaldo Lopez/Lucas Giolito, then filled in the gaps for whichever starter was missing. It's not to be read as a strict order of starters. Rather, it makes it easier to scan through the plans and see which of our GMs did the most to upset the previous constitution of the pitching staff.
No. 3: In hindsight, I realize I should've told people to specify whether Eloy Jimenez was on their ASAP roster and roll with that one. The majority of GMs went this way, and I tried to make deductions about other plans based on the language. At any rate, any plan that doesn't have Jimenez should keep him in mind for the weaker outfield corner.
Otherwise, it's pretty self explanatory. Peruse and enjoy. If you see any incorrect entries, alert the authorities.
