Coming to a theater near some of you...
A day before the White Sox start the season a half-mile down the street at Guaranteed Rate Field, Sox Machine and FromThe108 are teaming up for an Opening Day Eve Live show at the newly renovated Ramova Theatre at 3520 S. Halsted St. in Chicago.
We'll be ringing in the new season by hosting back-to-back live podcasts in the Ramova Loft on Wednesday, March 27. Doors open at 7 p.m., and the show starts at 8. Tickets are $22 plus fees, and on sale now through the Ramova's site. The show is for 18 and over.
The Ramova Theatre, which originally opened in 1929 and closed in 1985, reopened on New Year's Eve after years of renovation that adhered to National Register of Historic Places specifications. The Ramova now houses multiple performance spaces and the Ramova Grill & Taproom, featuring Other Half Brewing.
