The White Sox and the other 29 teams have barely begun the process of signing their selectioms from the 2025 MLB draft earlier this week, but that didn't stop ESPN's Kiley McDaniel from posting a quick revision of organizational prospect rankings to account for the newest picks, assuming they'll sign.

McDaniel's new White Sox top 10 has first-round pick Billy Carlson debuting at No. 6 behind Noah Schultz, Kyle Teel, Braden Montgomery, Hagen Smith and Caleb Bonemer, noting that second-round pick Jaden Fauske ranks 11th. That means he'll be a top-10 guy when Teel graduates from the system within the next couple of weeks.

The White Sox also made their first undrafted free agent signings of the summer, with Baseball America's tracker showing the Sox adding 6-foot-5-inch Kentucky lefty Jackson Nove and 6-foot-6-inch UT San Antonio outfielder James Taussig. If nothing else, they've shored up the White Sox Bridge League team's frontcourt.
